You can combine one, two, or three adjacent studios, each ranging from 24–35 m². Every fully air-conditioned studio features a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, Nespresso machine, microwave, and washing machine), a balcony, and—depending on the size—an extendable double sofa bed. This makes the studios ideal for families of up to four guests.
Each studio includes a private, secured parking space, a 50-meter swimming pool with private access, and direct access to the marina and golf course.
High-speed Wi-Fi, a TV with international channels, and Netflix are included free of charge. Our in-house staff regularly cleans your studio and provides fresh towels, bed linens, and Nespresso capsules - offering hotel-style comfort in your own apartment.

The Cannes Old Course is the oldest golf club on the Côte d’Azur – situated by the sea and set within a stunning pine forest. It is playable all year round, even in winter, thanks to the mild climate.
The club offers an 18-hole championship course, a 9-hole course suitable for all skill levels, and a 9-hole Pitch & Putt course for beginners, complete with a golf academy and driving range.
As a resident, you can purchase 10 Green Fees for the Championship Course at only € 89 each (instead of € 130) – shareable with a partner and valid for a full year.
